2. Acceptance
By using ctd.hr you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Purpose of the website
The website is for information and business communication. Its content is not an offer within the meaning of the Croatian Civil Obligations Act but an invitation to enquire. A contract is concluded only by a written offer from CT Direct d.o.o. and its acceptance.
4. Accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is complete at all times. Photos and videos are illustrative and do not necessarily show specific stones from our range. The laboratory report (GIA, IGI, HRD or GRA) and the written offer are authoritative for the properties of a given stone.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, logo, design and other content are protected by copyright law. Some photos and videos are used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences. Copying, distribution or adaptation without the written consent of CT Direct d.o.o. is not permitted.
6. Partner access
Login details for the partner area are issued to business partners. Partners must keep their password confidential and may not share it. We may restrict or revoke access in case of misuse or when cooperation ends.
7. Third party links
The website contains links to third party websites (for example laboratories and social networks). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
9. Consumer complaints
Under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you may send a written complaint to info@ctd.hr. We will confirm receipt and reply within 15 days at the latest.
10. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy and the use of cookies in our Cookie policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply from their publication on this page.
